Genda Matki – Set of 6 Marigold Clay Pots
- 6 handmade clay matkis (pots)
- 30 fresh marigold (genda) flowers, 5 in each matki
Six little matkis, six bursts of gold. Each hand-thrown clay pot is filled with five fat, sunny marigolds (genda): the flower of every puja thali, in the earthen pot of every Indian home.
Set them at the doorway beside the rangoli, along the mandir shelf, between the diyas or down the Diwali dinner table. Or give one to each neighbour instead of a box of mithai: a small, warm gift that smells like the festival.
Why you'll love it
- Fresh marigolds, picked for your delivery day
- Real clay matkis: no plastic, no foam, no cellophane
- Once the flowers are done, keep the matkis for candles, tealights or tiny plants, or return them to the earth
- Choose your delivery date and time slot on this page
Care tips
- Add a little water to each matki and top it up daily
- Keep them in a cool spot, away from direct sun and heaters
- Marigolds stay bright for 3–4 days
Flowers are natural and seasonal, and every matki is handmade, so colours and shapes may vary slightly from the photos. Rose petals and white flowers in the photos are styling.
Every bouquet we send is wrapped 100% plastic-free, in paper and natural materials instead of plastic sleeves. It looks softer, feels like a real gift, and leaves no plastic waste behind once the flowers are done.
Small choice, every single order.
